(Legacy) How to Complete Training

We take protecting information and satisfying regulatory compliance seriously. To achieve Compliance, we are using Compliancy Group to assist in our efforts. In order for us to maintain our compliance, employees must undergo periodic training, and attest to the understanding of the training and our policies and procedures.  Please complete the training as soon as possible by following the instructions below.


Once logged in, you will be able to review assigned tasks, open and attest to important documents. If you have any questions, please contact your Compliance Officer or support@compliancygroup.com.



Step 1. Log in to the system


  1. Open a browser, and go to https://guard2.compliancygroup.com/login


  1. Log in to The GuardTM:



Your login username is your email address, the password is the password you created when completing registration


3. Select your Organization and Site.



The “My Tasks” tab is where you can access assigned training tasks as a user or administrator.

Step 2. View, read, and attest to your required Training, Policies, and Procedures


1. Select the "My Tasks" tab. The documents or items listed are the required items for you to attest to. Please open and watch or read the listed items. When review policies and procedures, users must read the HIPAA Confidentiality Agreement, Attestations, and Synopsis sections. Officers of the Organization are required to read the entire document.

3. Next to the video or document you need to read/watch, please select View  


4. You will be directed to a Video Player or Read-Only Embedded Text Document. Once you have finished Reading/Watching, you can locate and select the Attest button at the bottom of the page and go to the Attestation Page.






5. Provide Attestation (confirm whether or not you have read and understood the Document / Video) on the following page and then select Finalize Task:



6. Once you have watched a video or read a document, continue to review all documents and training until it has been completed.
