Upon reviewing and attesting to your assigned HIPAA Training Tasks, The Guard will generate Training Certificates. If your Organization requires a copy or you'd like to print and display your certificate of achievement, the steps to access and download your Training Certificates are below.
Accessing Training Certificates as an Officer or Admin for Employees
If you are an assigned Officer or Admin in The Guard, you can pull individual Certificates for specific Users by going to Training on the left navigation panel, and then selecting the Certificates Tab. Select the Certificates you'd like to bulk download by checking the box on the left of the Users name and select Choose Action>Download Selected.
Accessing Training Certificates from User's Dashboard
As a User in The Guard, you have the ability to preview, download and print your certificate of achievement. You can achieve this by clicking My Documents in the upper left corner of the page, locating the Certificate and clicking on it to Download
This feature was released in May 2022 , so completed Trainings prior to then will not have a had a Certificate generated and will need to wait until the next Training Cycle.
