Reports
TABLE OF CONTENTS
The Reports module can be used to generate reports on content in other modules. All Reports can be exported in PDF or CSV format. The Guard can compile reports for the following:
Gap Analysis – A Full Report on the Organization’s Internal Gaps. The report displays the Controls and Control language, the Question answered “No” related to the Control, and the related Remediation Plan and basic details regarding the plan like “Start Date” and “End Date”
Remediation Plans – A Full Report on the Organization’s Remediation Plans and status. This report will display the Control and Control language, associated Remediation Goals, Gaps, and Remediation Plan status
Task Manager Report – Compiles a report of all Tasks in The Guard. This is a very General report displaying all tasks, regardless of Type
Risk Analysis Summary – Independent reports on Assessments that have been assigned. An Organization can generate a Risk Analysis Summary for each of the Assessments that have been assigned, regardless of Status. This will provide all Questions and Answers for those Assessments.
IT Device Audit Summary (Legacy) – For Organizations that previously used The Guard and have completed the older Device Audit can generate a report of this from this selection. This functionality is now maintained in the ASSETS module and has a separate report.
Vendor Report – Compiles a report of listed Vendors and current status. This will display if a Vendor has an Approved/Declined/Under Review status as well as whether or not the Vendor has a Business Associate Agreement uploaded.
Training and Attestation Report – Compiles a report, based on the provided parameter dropdowns, which includes all Training tasks. This is a full history/integrity report. The Organization can choose to include ALL Users (Inactive + Active), as well as identify whether to include all tasks that are Complete/Incomplete/Both Statuses.
Incident Summary – Compiles a report related to any Incidents that have been created and their status
Cloud and Application Audit Summary – Compiles a report of the Applications Assets in the Assets Module
Device Inventory Audit Summary – Compiles a report of the Device Assets in the Assets Module
The Guard also offers “Quick Reporting” on different tables across all modules. When viewing tables that list data (Training > Assignments, Programs > Remediations/Open Tasks, Assets > Open Tasks, etc) an Officer/Admin can checkmark individual tasks, then select Choose Action > Export Selected. This option creates a raw report of the selected items as they appear on the table in CSV format.
