Reports

The Reports module can be used to generate reports on content in other modules. All Reports can be exported in PDF or CSV format. The Guard can compile reports for the following:

• Vendor Report – Compiles a report of listed Vendors and current status. This will display if a Vendor has an Approved/Declined/Under Review status as well as whether the Vendor has a Business Associate Agreement uploaded.

• Training and Attestation Report (LEGACY) – Compiles a report, based on the provided parameter drop-downs, which includes all LEGACY Training tasks. This is a full history/integrity report. The Organization can choose to include ALL Users (Inactive + Active), as well as identify whether to include all tasks that are Complete/Incomplete/Both Statuses. 

• Incident Summary – Compiles a report related to any Incidents that have been created and their status

• Cloud and Application Audit Summary – Compiles a report of the Applications Assets in the Assets Module

• Device Inventory Audit Summary – Compiles a report of the Device Assets in the Assets Module

Reports will generate immediately. If a Report does not have any data (Parameters are incorrect or no data exists), then the Report will have a status of "Empty"; Otherwise, the Status column will reflect "Ready". 

Select the Ellipses Button (. . .), then select the format: Download PDF / Download CSV - and the report will be downloaded. 

Modules within The Guard may also have their own Reporting Features, such as Programs or Training.
