Ad Hoc Searches
Ad Hoc Searches offer the ability to search for individuals or entities that are not yet added to the organizations People or Vendor modules. This feature is particularly helpful for checking whether someone appears on an exclusion list before making hiring or business decisions.

Once selected the Ad Hoc search criteria options will appear.
If the Type selected is for an Individual, fields to enter their Name, Email, Phone Number, NPIN, License Number/Expiration Date and Address will be available. Entering all applicable information will produce results with higher match confidence.
If the Type selected is for an Entity, fields to enter the Organization Name, External System ID, NPIN and Address are available. As with the individual search option, entering all applicable information for an entity will produce results with higher match confidence.
