It is an ongoing process, and we aim to make that intuitive and automated for you through The Guard.
The Audit Response Program (ARP), our included complimentary service, is Compliancy Group’s proprietary methodology for tracking and responding to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) investigations and HIPAA audits. The ARP supports users in the event of a HIPAA investigation, providing documentation and reports pulled directly from their organization’s unique compliance program in The Guard. These documents and reports can demonstrate that your organization has demonstrated you have made a “good-faith” effort toward achieving HIPAA compliance. In our 18 years of business, no client has ever failed an audit.
