Once a User has been added to The Guard, they will immediately receive a Registration Email.
This Registration Email will allow them to access their Profile after they have provided the following information.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password
- Confirm Password
Once the information is filled out, select Complete Registration and you will be able to log into The Guard: https://guard2.compliancygroup.com/login
Officers and Admins can also attempt to resend the Registration Email to a User by selecting People on the left hand side panel, searching for the User, and selecting Resend Registration Email from the menu icon on the far right.
If a User does not receive a Registration Email direct to their Inbox, please have them check their Spam/Junk, or any additional Promotional Folders they may have (even their Trash). You can also attempt to Force Register the User if needed.
If no Email is found, please contact support@compliancygroup.com and we will attempt to see if there is an unsubscribed, or bounce issue.
