As of the date of this article (7/3/24), Microsoft 365 Services are only HIPAA Compliant once a HIPAA-covered organization (covered entity or business associate) has obtained a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Microsoft and configured the platform to meet HIPAA Compliance Requirements.
