(Legacy) Bulk Upload Sheets

Bulk upload sheets allow you to upload your data without having to enter them manually/individually within The Guard.

• HIPAA Device Worksheet: The Device Worksheet is a comprehensive list of each device that your company uses to create, access, receive, transmit, or store electronic protected health information.
  • Note: Please note that that there are columns that contain predetermined options to select. On the Device Inventory Worksheet these columns are - Device Type, Stores/Touches ePHI, End point Protections, Encryption and Risk Rating.  Additionally Column I (User Assigned), needs to match the name of the user as it appears in The Guard.
    
    
• HIPAA Cloud and Application Worksheet: The cloud asset inventory is a comprehensive list of each cloud service or application that your company uses to create, access, receive, transmit, or store electronic protected information.
  • Note: Please note that that there are columns that contain predetermined options to select. On the HIPAA Cloud and Application Worksheet these columns are - User Access, Encryption, Antivirus/Anti-malware, Strong Password, MFA (multi factor authentication), Backups, BAA with Vendor and Risk Rating.  Additionally Column H (Administrator), needs to match the name of the user as it appears in The Guard.
    
    
• Vendor Worksheet: The Vendor Worksheet is a comprehensive list of your Vendors. This includes both Business Associates, and non-Business Associate Vendors such as Subcontractors.
  
  
• Site Worksheet: The Site Worksheet allows you to bulk upload your Sites into the Admin section of your Organization.
