(Legacy) How to Reset Your Password

If you have already registered for The Guard, but are unable to log in, a password reset may be necessary:



An email will be sent in no more than 60 seconds.  If the email does not land in your Inbox, please double check any Spam, Junk, Trash, or any additional Promotional Folders.  If you have not received the email, please contact support@compliancygroup.com.

Officers and Admin can, reset the users passwords from within their profile in The Guard as well.

  • Login to The Guard
  • Select People from the left hand navigation panel
  • Find and Select the User that needs a new password
  • Enter the temporary password in the Password/Confirm Password text fields
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save
